Protocols
Fairland Fire Department currently operates under SFD Protocols.
Run Reports
Run Reports are to be completed after every call Fairland Fire Department responds to. Blank forms can be found in the radio room on the middle shelf of the paper organizer to the left of the computer. Completed forms are to be placed on the top shelf of the same paper organizer. If no blank forms can be found new ones can be printed from the button bellow.
Fuel Log
The Fuel Log is to be filled out any time one of the following happens. When weekly fuel check is completed. Apparatus is filled off of the diesel tank on the back lot. The diesel tank on the back lot is full. The generator has ran for an extended period of time. A paper copy of the fuel long can be found in the radio. If Fuel Log page is full or missing a new one to print can be found by clicking the button bellow.
Clothing Store
All Fairland Fire Department members whether, part-time or volunteer are allowed $200 of clothing allowance a year. This can be used on items in our online store or other approved items.
